The location is exceptionally nice and perfect, as the hotel is based close to the capital.

The staff were all very good and polite, which was unquestionably a plus. They placed us in a double room which was perfect and updated. The service was excellent.

Hotel's location was great, very close to the Frandor shopping center. Moreover, it's so close to other eatery's and MCD & Burger King and the food area. The room I booked was kept clean and available with a Jacuzzi as well as toiletries.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, just next door to stores, other restaurants and stores, and many different attractions very nice bar. Also, it was 2 miles from an American football stadium. Greatly enjoyed our room that was kept clean and available with bath and shower, for instance.

Our stay at the Quality Inn University Lansing was great. The rooms are always updated and beautifully maintained, even with many kids around. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from everything we wanted to see. We also enjoyed some nice meals at the nearby McDonald's.

The service was excellent, including an efficient check-in. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television. The breakfast was excellent on the rate, with lots of fine options.
